Refund policy

1. Overview

Ayursages deals in Ayurvedic health, wellness and personal care products. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we follow a strict return and refund policy.

2. Eligible for Return

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Manufacturing defect

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with broken seal
  • Products purchased under discounts or offers
  • Change of mind after delivery

4. Return Request Process

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with:

  • Short description of the issue

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Doctor-Guided Products

Products are strictly non-returnable once opened or used.
