Til Thailam (Sesame Oil): A potent carrier oil renowned for its nourishing, penetrating, and balancing properties, used as the base oil.

Preventive / Daily Use: Typically, 1–2 drops in each nostril once daily in the morning, preferably after brushing teeth and before bathing.

Therapeutic Use: 2–4 drops in each nostril, 2–3 times a day, or as advised by a qualified Ayurvedic doctor.

Store in a cool and dry area.
