Step 1: Lie down comfortably with your head slightly tilted back.

Step 2: Place 1–2 drops of Anu Thailam in each nostril using a dropper.

Step 3: Inhale gently to allow the oil to penetrate.

Step 4: Remain in the lying position for a few minutes.

Step 5: If any oil drains into your throat, gently spit it out.

Store in a cool and dry area.
