Sesame Oil & Mustard Oil: Enriched with fatty acids these carrier oils promote deep hydration of the skin and repair the skin barrier. The antimicrobial properties help in treating certain skin conditions and inflammation of the skin acne and dryness. It also helps in relieving pain in the body.

1. Step 1: Heat the oil till it's warm and not too hot.
2. Step 2: Meanwhile, keep the skin clean and dry.
3. Step 3: Take an adequate amount of oil in the palm and spread it on your palm.
4. Step 4: Start by applying from the face (with caution) to the tip of the toe.
5. Step 5: Gently massage by applying firm pressure using long strokes to the limbs and short strokes to the joints.
6. Step 6: Gently massage every area for a minimum of 5 minutes each.
7. Step 7: Use the oil daily for optimal results.
